Paper Pixie workshops transform ordinary tables into candle-lit ateliers. Guests leave not just with something they’ve made, but with a memory that feels like it belongs to another era… velvet, candlelight, and botanical curiosities included.
All bookings include our signature velvet-botanical staging: crystal candleholders with LED candles for safety, glass vases with eucalyptus, and curated crystal accents.
Each Paper Pixie workshop requires a minimum number of guests to secure your booking. This base guest count ensures that setup, preparation, materials, and artistic labor are covered, even if some guests cancel or don’t attend on the day of your event. If fewer guests attend than the minimum, the base fee for the full minimum number will still apply. Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours in advance for material preparation.

Guests design bracelets and necklaces from curated charms displayed on emerald-green and wine-red velvet trays.

- Guests may design either:
• Two bracelets (21 cm each) – includes 2 charms per bracelet (4 charms total)
• OR one necklace (44 cm) – includes 4 charms total - Access to curated charm collection and tools
- Choice of chain styles and guided instruction
- Use of all workshop tools and trays

Mosaic Tile Atelier – Tile, Grout & Gild
Ideal for: small dinner parties, couple’s nights, corporate creative breaks.
Create candle-lit mosaic trays, pairing hand-cut tiles with bright colors and botanical motifs.
Includes:
- Unlimited selection of loose mosaic tiles in rich, romantic tones
- Epoxy-Based Grout provided for every piece (safe for food-contact surfaces)
- Choice of one bamboo wooden tray (35 × 25 cm) OR one round bamboo wooden tray (30 cm) per guest
- All necessary tools: adhesives, spreaders, sponges, gloves, and cleanup materials
- Step-by-step guidance on layout, color flow, and grouting technique

Decoupage Jewellery Box – Gilded Keepsakes
Perfect for: holiday gatherings, themed showers, or a weekend brunch activity.
Guests transform wooden boxes into romantic heirloom keepsakes – painting, layering botanical decoupage transfers, and adorning each piece with vintage-inspired golden hardware.
Includes:
- Wooden craft storage box – 25 × 15 cm, sturdy and smooth-finish
- Chalk paints in rich, opulent tones (wine, forest, ivory, ebony)
- Botanical & gilded decoupage transfers – curated floral and ornamental designs, special-ordered from the UK for their intricate Victorian motifs
- Matte varnish sealant to protect and preserve the artwork
- Golden vintage embellishments:
• Triple decorative corner brackets for both sides of the lid
• Ornate golden box feet to elevate and accent the piee - Soft velvet fabric lining for the interior of each box for a luxurious finish
- All necessary tools (brushes, applicators, water trays, adhesive, scissors)
- Personalized assembly: the instructor will hammer in the metal hardware for each guest’s box during the session

Events hosted outside of JVT or JVC area incur a Driving & Petrol Fee of AED 100.

Workshops for Children’s Parties
Our workshops can also be tailored for children’s celebrations, with simplified activities, age-appropriate materials, and charming favor options to create a magical experience for young makers.
Punctuality & Timeliness
Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late starts beyond the agreed schedule incur an Additional Time Fee of AED 75 per hour.
